Chai Blush can be enjoyed any time of the day as it is caffeine-free.
Ingredients: Organic Honey Bush, Organic Cinnamon, Organic
Allspice, Organic Cardamom, Organic Black Peppercorns, Organic Star Anise, Organic Bay Leaves

Directions:
1 cup milk of choice, 2 teaspoons of Chai Blush Optional – 1-2 tsp jaggery or coconut sugar.
1. Add milk, (or half milk, half water) Chai Blush and sugar (if using) to pot.
2. Simmer on low-med heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Strain into your favourite mug and enjoy.
*avoid boiling milk as this can make the chai bitter.
** avoid using honey as a sweetener. Honey is best served cold.
