Returns & Refunds Policy

Tea and Grace

At Tea and Grace, we take great care in creating and packaging our teas and products. We want you to love your purchase, and we are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

This includes:

  • Choosing an incorrect product

  • No longer wanting the item

  • Ordering too much or the wrong item

  • Disliking the flavour or aroma after opening

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is damaged in transit

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Is not what you ordered

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact.teaandgrace@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Perishable & Consumable Goods

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened teas or consumable products, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • Tea and Grace will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any other approved returns

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are subject to the same policy. Refunds will be issued based on the price paid, not the original full price.
